Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Vice-Senior General Soe Win receives Indian DGMO

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army)
Vice-Senior General Soe Win received Director General of Military
Operations (DGMO) Lieutenant General Anil Chauhan of Indian Army at
Bayintnaung Parlor in Nay Pyi Taw this morning.
Also present at
the call were senior military officers of the Office of
Commander-in-Chief (Army) and the Indian DGMO was accompanied by senior
military officers of the Indian Army, Chargé d'affaires of Indian
Embassy to Myanmar Dr Sumit Seth, and Indian military attaché Colonel
Naveen Mahajan, SM.
The two had frank discussions on promotion
of friendship between two armed forces, security of border areas and
Kaladan Multi-Modal Transit Transport Project, and sharing of
information in combating terrorism. After the meeting, the Vice-Senior
General and the Indian DGMO exchanged gifts, and posed for documentary
photos.
