Myanmar people have held the Myanmar Thingyan, a traditional festival, since time immemorial. The nature of water is cool, crystal-clear, clean and peaceful. I wish may all citizens possess the natures of water namely coolness, serenity, crystalclearness and happiness in the new year of 1381 after bad omen and experiences faced by Myanmar citizens in the old year were left in that period. May all national brethren in the country join hands with unity, love, kindness, happiness and peace on the way forward.
