As Thingyan means “transition and changing”, a term derived from the original word “Thinkanta,” may all citizens change to better, more developed and more peaceful life. Varieties of experiences in all sectors were faced in the whole year of 1380. I wish those experiences generate new strengths and create an atmosphere for the all-round development of the country.
